Rented this car for work and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The car was easy to drive, stable on the road, and the fuel consumption was pretty decent. Roomy enough inside for daily use and longer trips, so it covered everything I needed. Dealing with the rental company was just as easy, quick to communicate and genuinely helpful throughout. Overall, a hassle-free rental and a reliable service I'd happily use again.
Excelentă de la început până la final! Mașina a fost foarte curată, bine întreținută și exact cum a fost prezentată. Procesul de preluare și predare a fost rapid și fără bătăi de cap, iar personalul extrem de amabil și profesionist. Fără costuri ascunse, totul clar și corect. - How much is the deposit and when do I get it back?
- The deposit is €50 with every package. You pay it at pickup and get it back at handover, after we check the car.
- Do you block money on my card?
- We don't block or pre-authorise any amount on your card. You pay only 15% online, and the balance is due at pickup.
- What does the included insurance cover?
- Accident and theft on Romanian territory, under the terms of the contract. For covered damage, you pay at most the deposit for the car you chose.
- Can I collect the car from the airport at night?
- Yes, we meet you at the terminal at any hour. The transfer is €20 each way at Otopeni, €15 at Băneasa. Outside business hours, €10 per trip.
