How does pickup work?

On the date, time, and location set in the booking. You receive the car clean and with a full tank. You sign the contract and the handover sheet.

Return it the way you got it: clean and with a full tank. Otherwise we charge a 20€ cleaning fee plus the missing fuel.

No. Within Romania, mileage is unlimited.

How many drivers can drive the car?

The main driver and up to three additional drivers. The first additional driver is free; the others are 15€ each.

Yes. We hand the car over with a full tank and we expect it back the same way.

Call us right away. For breakdowns: roadside assistance and a replacement car. For accidents: bring copies of the documents, the third-party insurance policy, and the police report or the joint accident report.
